Chronika was established in 1994 and we continue to maintain and develop our practices to the highest standard in order to respond to an ever changing business environment and clients' evolving needs. We started as a local company providing accounting and tax advisory services to international corporate clients doing business in Bulgaria and soon after the quality of our accounting services attracted clients located and operating in various fields.

In addition to our excellent accounting services, we assist our clients with professional advice and expertise on tax matters, in any field where Bulgarian tax law is involved. Following the rapid growth of our client base, we set up a separate human resource and payroll department in 2004 and internal audit department in 2005. 

The management of Chronika has been and is actively involved in the development of the accounting and tax practices in the country by participating in various councils and bodies, such as the National Council of Accounting (2003-2006) to the Minister of Finance, Consulting council to the National Revenue Agency (2007 to date), Working group 27 on the development of the accounting and audit to the Ministry of Finance (2010 to date), The Association of the professional accounting companies in Bulgaria (APAC), and The Bulgarian Chamber of the Tax Advisors.

The most valuable asset of our company, our personnel, is committed to provide first class services in English, French, Dutch, Spanish and Bulgarian languages. It is our corporate policy to promote and encourage our staff to obtain internationally recognized professional qualifications, such as ACCA and CIA and to participate in IBFD trainings on tax matters.
